Shipping
- We only ship within the United States.
- All shipping charges are non-refundable.
- All orders over $60 will require a signature upon delivery.
Returns
- Refunds will only be issued for products returned in their original condition, with the tamper proof seal still intact. If your package requires a signature and it came damaged, do not sign for it. It will be returned to us and we will issue a refund. By signing for a package, you agree that it is in acceptable condition.
- Refunds must be claimed within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Refunds will be credited back to your account within 1-2 weeks after we have received your returned items.
Undeliverable Address
- If your package comes back to us as "undeliverable address" you will receive an email notification with 5 business days to reschedule delivery. If you do not respond, you will be refunded for the cost of your items (shipping charges are non-refundable).
